Physical Rehabilitation

   We offer a comprehensive rehabilitation service for our clients. Any representative from Precision Fitness can either do rehab on site, or we are insured to go into our client’s home for care.

   We are certified to do rehabilitation in the fields of Cardiac, Back, Hip, Knee, and Shoulder as well as Aging Populations, Physical Disabilities, and Stroke Rehabilitation. We not only work to achieve rehabilitation for the problem location but for the body as a whole. Furthermore, we can utilize therapeutic massage to help break up calcium deposits in the muscle fascia, and we combine this with range of motion training.

Swedish Massage: employs traditional manipulations of gliding, kneading, vibration, friction, and percussion

Myofascial Release: techniques to release tension in your muscle and connective tissues

Trigger Point Therapy: massage designed to target hyper-irritable knots causing body pain and headaches

Sports Massage: used to prepare an athlete for an upcoming competition

Pregnancy Massage: massage for expecting mothers

Deep Tissue: restores natural function to your muscles, ligaments, and tendons using many techniques (cross tissue-cross friction-myofascial work-muscle stretching-trigger point therapy work-circular friction-range of motion-structural integration)

Lymphatic: relaxing massage that detoxifies the body and promotes healthy circulation

Personal Training

   Personal training is the science of teaching a client how to use their body correctly and efficiently in every action he or she might execute. This includes, but is not limited to weight training and cardiovascular exercise. Personal training is frequently used for advances in Sports Specific Training, Rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery), Weight Loss, and General Fitness.

   Personal training  is best accomplished in individual sessions. This is to ensure that the trainer's focus is placed on one client at a time.
